TERMS & AGREEMENTS
The following rules & regulations are required to follow during any service transaction.
Contracted agreements are made in addition to these service terms and conditions for all written agreements.
Privacy Policy:
All clients must provide their full name, primary email, primary phone number and street address to receive any Art & Design services or to be notified about any transaction details.
All private information that is provided by clients are stored in a member account. All client information is kept private and protected.
Disclaimer: progress images of completed projects are subject to be published online for our portfolio and/or on public platforms.
Service Terms:
There are no verbal agreements. All services require either a written agreement and/or a signed contract agreement. Projects officially commence on the date in which the first deposit is fully processed. The client must sign and agree to the guidelines of a project schedule if an estimated completion date is requested or assigned by the artist. The client may only request an estimated completion date prior to the start date, which must be approved by the artist and signed by all parties under a contracted agreement.
Any project that requires ordering of non-refundable products/items or necessary supplies must have a scheduled start date that is selected at least five (5) weeks (or 35 days) in advance.
Project schedules are not assigned without an estimated completion date and timelines are subject to change with or without a requested deadline. If no estimated completion date is assigned to the project, the project timeline may proceed for up to 365 days from the start date, unless otherwise specified under a contract agreement.
Service Adjustments:
The client may request any changes to the project described in the vision board, created by the artist, prior to the start date and agrees that any/all further requests to change the project must be approved by the artist in a written agreement. The artist has the right to disapprove any requests made by the client. Any approved requests for adjustments made to a project with a contract agreement must be updated in writing and resigned by all parties.
Any minor or major changes to the project may result in additional charges and extension of the project timeline.

Three dimensional (3D) surfaces include surfaces such as paneled walls, brick or exterior walls. Incorporation of light fixtures may be considered 3D Construction.
Interior
Starting rates for interior murals vary based on each project and only estimates the cost of labor to complete 1 standard-sized wall at a 12ft maximum height. Starting rates do not include the cost of travel/transportation, materials needed, additional wall treatments or possible shipping fees. Projects with 4 or more walls are considered a full space renovation. Mixing 2 artwork styles (example: text + portrait) is considered a 3D hand-crafted project and 3 or more artwork styles will be quoted as a 3D construction project.
Exterior
All exterior murals require a complete team: talent/artist(s), assistance, cleaning and professional documentation. Each participant must be approved by the artist and under a contract agreement to perform any assignment. Exterior walls must be assessed in person prior to the execution of an estimated quote. Outdoor projects are quoted based on the hourly rate of each participant, plus the budget for equipment/materials and any possible permits necessary to perform.
Vinyl Prints
Wallpapers are available in multiple wall size dimensions and can be printed as removable or reusable peel & stick (recommended for residential) or as a permanent “commercial grade” print (paste sold separately). The application of any wallpaper is an additional service fee to the selection of an available design or a custom wallpaper design. It is required to order a sample print prior to ordering any full size wall print. All samples must be ordered five (5) weeks in advance and must be approved by the client before proceeding with any further orders, shipping fees are typically included in the total cost for printing.

The artist cannot work amongst any other contractors whom are not apart of the project or perform during any other construction on the site. If the artist must work during company work hours, guests and/or employees must not interrupt the performance for any reason other than an emergency evacuation. The artist must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of public authorities for the safety of persons and property where the project is performed.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Unlikely events are subject to effect the completion of any project. The client agrees that if the artist is unable to complete any services by the estimated completion date because of any reasons that were not caused by the artist (availability of necessary supplies or events beyond the artist’s control such as fire, flood, natural disasters etc.) the artist will not be deemed to have breached any written or contracted agreement. The assigned project schedule will be extended and continued at the earliest convenience of the artist or must be canceled by the client before proceeding.
Payment schedules may also be paused for up to twenty one (21) days because of any unforeseen circumstances and must be approved by the artist and signed by all parties.
