The client has the right to cease or cancel any active services prior to the project completion date for reasons of unforeseen circumstances, financial instability or dissatisfaction of the project and will not receive any refunds from previously paid deposits. The artist has a right to cease or cancel any active services; for reasons of unforeseen circumstances, lost/stolen or damaged materials, unprocessed payments, miscommunication, sexual or nonsexual harassment, physical assault or verbal abuse from any client interactions. If the client or the artist is unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project is automatically canceled.
